In this unit we worked on the basics of Brightspace, sending professional emails and getting SIMnet started.
I learned how to properly create a signature so it'll appear in every email you create. I always thought you had to copy and paste or type it in each time. What rules mean when it comes to emails and how to auto sort your incoming emails.

I came into this class knowing the basics on how a computer functions. I leanred from watching my mom, or just trial and error with a lot of clicking random things to see what they do. What I never learned was all the little icons you see have names. For instance the collum that you see often on the side that neatly keeps all your stuff in a line closed up. You click on it and it opens up so you can access anything within that. I'm probably not explaining it great, but that horizontal lines stacked together is called a hamburger.
