Matariki hunga nui. Matariki of the many people / Matariki that gathers the people together.

As the stars of Matariki shine above us, I want to thank everyone for the immense effort that was put into the day to ensure it was a success.  

While an event has public faces its true pūmanawa (heartbeat), it is the collective strength of everyone pulling together. 

Thank you for bringing our community together and making this Matariki unforgettable. 

Mā pango, mā whero, ka oti te mahi. With red and black together, the work is completed.
