Fieldio Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fieldio mobile application (“Fieldio,” the “App,” or the “Service”), operated by Lumetra Soft (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using Fieldio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. The Fieldio Service

Fieldio is a productivity application designed to help field service professionals capture, organize, schedule, and manage jobs.

Depending on the features available to you, Fieldio may allow you to:

5. Customer Information

Fieldio allows you to store information about your customers, including names, phone numbers, addresses, notes, photos, and other job-related information.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate legal basis, permissions, notices, or consents required to collect and process customer information through Fieldio.

You must not use Fieldio to unlawfully collect, process, disclose, or distribute another person's personal information.

6. Voice and AI Features

Fieldio may use artificial intelligence to process voice recordings, transcriptions, text, and other information you provide.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, or incorrect interpretations.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated job information before relying on it for:

You remain responsible for the final information stored in or acted upon through Fieldio.

7. Maps and Navigation

Fieldio may provide maps, routes, directions, estimated travel times, and other navigation-related information through third-party mapping services.

Navigation information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or affected by road conditions, traffic, construction, weather, or other circumstances.

You must use your own judgment and comply with applicable traffic and safety laws.

Do not interact with Fieldio in a manner that distracts you while driving or operating machinery.

Fieldio is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on navigation information.

8. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Fieldio may offer free trials, subscriptions, or other paid features.

Pricing, billing periods, trial periods, and available plans will be presented to you before purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through an app store are subject to the applicable app store's payment and subscription terms.

Subscription management may be handled through RevenueCat and the applicable payment platform, including Google Play.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged according to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

9. Free Trials

If Fieldio offers a free trial, the terms of the trial, including its duration and eligibility requirements, will be presented when you start the trial.

Unless otherwise stated, a trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period if you do not cancel according to the applicable subscription terms.

You may only use promotional or trial offers in accordance with their stated conditions.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel a Fieldio subscription through the applicable platform used to purchase it.

Uninstalling the App does not necessarily cancel a subscription.

After cancellation, you may generally continue to access paid features until the end of the applicable billing period, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable payment platform and applicable law.

11. Account and Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your Fieldio account through the account deletion functionality provided in the App.

Account deletion may permanently delete information associated with your account, including:

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, or where necessary for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Third-party service providers may retain certain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on Fieldio.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Fieldio or its intellectual property to you.

15. User Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback about Fieldio, you grant Lumetra Soft permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

You retain ownership of any underlying User Content contained in your feedback.

16. Service Availability

We aim to keep Fieldio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will:

Although we take reasonable measures to protect stored information, you acknowledge that no storage system is completely immune from loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or technical failure.

You are responsible for maintaining any independent copies of information that is particularly important to you.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fieldio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of:

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumetra Soft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Fieldio.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lumetra Soft and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

Termination does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through a third-party platform. You remain responsible for managing subscriptions through the applicable payment provider.

We may modify or discontinue features of Fieldio from time to time.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Fieldio after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lumetra Soft and its place of establishment, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you may have under mandatory laws applicable to you.
