4. Voice and Audio

When you use voice features:
Your voice recording may be processed by our AI services.
The audio may be converted into text.
The resulting information may be used to identify and structure job details.
Voice input may contain customer or other personal information.
Fieldio does not intentionally retain the original voice recording as a permanent user file when processing voice-based job creation.
Voice and transcription processing may be performed by third-party AI services used by Fieldio, as described below.
5. AI Processing
Fieldio uses artificial intelligence to help transform information you provide into structured job information.
For example, AI may process:
Voice input
Transcribed speech
Text messages or other text you provide
Job descriptions
Customer information included in your input
Fieldio currently uses Google's Firebase AI services and Gemini models for AI processing.

We do not use your job information to build or sell advertising profiles.
6. Clipboard and Pasted Text
Fieldio may allow you to create a job by pasting text from another application.
Fieldio accesses clipboard content only when you explicitly use a feature that requires pasted content.
For example, if you choose to paste a customer message into Fieldio, the selected content may be processed to create a structured job.
We do not continuously monitor your clipboard.

18. Account and Data Deletion
If you delete your Fieldio account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.
