Delete Your Account and Data

You can request deletion of your Fieldio account and associated personal data at any time.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your account and authentication information

• Your Fieldio jobs and customer information stored in cloud backup

• Photos, notes, and other content associated with your account

• Other personal data associated with your Fieldio account

Some information may be retained where required by law or where necessary for legitimate security, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Fieldio account and include "Fieldio Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

We will process your request and delete your eligible data within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Important

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Cloud-backed-up Fieldio data associated with the account will no longer be available after deletion.
