While at the DePaul Theater School, I was trained on metalworking. This includes cutting and prepping steel, MIG welding, safety practices, and more.
The photos here are of metal trees that I designed in AutoCad and eventually built in the Theatre School scene shop for a production of 'The Mole Hill Stories". The build included cutting steel tubing, jigging it, welding all the layers, and eventually painting it and attaching fabric to the underside of it.Â
