Capturing Hereford from Sketch to Ceramic
A collection of handcrafted wheel-thrown porcelain vessels. This collection captures the essence and stories of various scenes from Hereford through my plein air sketches, which I apply directly onto the pots. These unique pieces are then glazed and fired in the studio.
My aim is to transform ceramics into a canvas that beautifully blends craft and narrative.
The collection was guided by my dissertation: An analysis of visual language in the form of a freehand sketch.
