We are a network of Louisville-area teachers, university faculty, researchers, writers, and community educators working to advance writing and the teaching of writing. Our mission is to improve literacy in Greater Louisville by building on teacher expertise and confidence in the classroom.
Join us at Bellarmine on March 21st for our Spring Mini Conference. We will offer sessions for elementary, middle, and high school during each hour.
Optional lunch is provided in the University Dining Hall. Connect with us in the private dining room after sessions conclude.
The Louisville Writing Project is known throughout the nation for its rich professional learning network. For over 40 years we have fostered a rich community of teachers of writing, leaders of literacy, and teachers who write.
Using that strong foundation, we are now rebuilding our community at Bellarmine University. We are proud to be working with a university known for working to make the Commonwealth of Kentucky a more just place to learn and grow.
