All menus and prices have been submitted to TVC.
Square POS Units | Cashless
**Lost Lands is 100% Cashless. That’s right - no cash exchanges will occur on site. All POS units will accept credit/debit cards and pre-loaded cards (no RFID).
**Sales Tax / Ohio Sales Tax (7.25%) will be put on top of your item sales. That means that if you have burger for $10, when you ring it in, the total cost to the fan will be $10.73.
Note: there is a 3% cc processing fee on all transactions
**POS. It is mandatory that vendors utilize 1x POS per every 5’ of frontage. Vendors requesting additional POS to this minimum will be granted this at $150/unit. Vendors who do not wish to operate 1 POS per 5’ will be charged a commission on the average anticipated sales of any missing POS, regardless of whether it is used or not.
Square POS: TVC will program each food vendor's CAM-approved menu and prices prior to the vendors arriving onsite. Menu items and prices will be confirmed by each food vendor at check-in. Any corrections or changes will be noted and addressed by TVC in coordination with SilverMoon as food vendors move in. After move-in, TVC will visit each food vendor to ensure that menu items and prices are correct.
TVC will confirm that all Square POS are connected to WiFi prior to event opening.
TVC will provide overlapping technical support teams to ensure WiFi works correctly and handle other technical issues.
TVC will provide replacement equipment as necessary if anything goes wrong with distributed equipment.
