EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS:
In the event of an emergency or impending weather. It's imperative that everyone understand protocols and safety guidelines. Should we ever enter a "Code Orange" or "Code Red" all vendors must:
• Cease vending operations
• Secure assets
• Seek shelter in your assigned safe-shelter workspace, vehicle or emergency rally point
◦ Tents, stages and other non-grounded, exposed temporary structures are NOT safe shelter
• Account for staff and ensure that all employees have followed the above instructions and found safe shelter
• If any staff are going to be coming to site to start their shift, notify them of the evacuation and to stay in their vehicle until it is safe to re-enter the venue
We will be making radio all calls and using stage screens and audio to communicate pertinent messages to patrons and staff.
We will be messaging the vendor WhatsApp group and all vendor coordinators to communicate on the ground.
Ensuring the safety of everyone is our duty. Please follow instructions as notified.
