"Soulmate" to A'mahl Tia
Nahte'to and A'mahl's souls are aetherically tangled, both half of a whole, as if some queer handiwork of Nymeia.
When reincarnated at close enough intervals to walk the Eitherys together they are invariably drawn to each other, or else spend a lifetime feeling as if something crucial is missing from their lives - and have even at times been reborn as a single entity.
This has been true both in the Source and on its Reflections, for it was part of them even in the days of the Ancients.
The mantle of Hydaelyn's champion falls upon them both equally. They are generally inseparable; the other is, after all, half their strength, mind, and soul.

Nahte had no previous partners or significant relationship experience before A'mahl.
Nahte has never desired flings, one-night stands, or sparse noncommitted trysts, a quirk that often troubled him growing up among the Keepers of the Moon where he was expected to perform as a wandering "breeding male."
Romantic inclinations grow for him only where strong friendship and trust have first been sown. Even then, he will usually not act on his feelings unless a longterm commitment of some type seems possible/desired.
He is not jealous of his lovers and takes no issue with them seeking out other partners, too.
Father of Louisoix de Borel
Not long after the events of Endwalker, Alisaie found herself with child. The unexpected pregnancy resulted in Louis, a Miqo-Elezen cross.
Louis' black and white hair and pointed fangs make him undoubtedly the biological progeny of Nahte.
A spirited and curious child, Louis has also inherited Nahte's love of animals.
(Note - Alisaie and Nahte are well into their 20s by the time they have children together)
Brother to Tsimh Vhia & "The Coerlclaw King"
Nahte's older sister, Tsimh, is a White Mage/Bard living in the Black Shroud. The two were thick as thieves in their youth, a bond which has persisted into their adult lives. She will readily travel to lend aid to him when he requires it, and was even midwife to the birth of Louis and Newt.
Nahte has at least twelve sisters, and countless cousins and aunts.
Though Nahte does not readily speak of him, his elder brother was the notorious Coerlclaw King bandit, despised by Keepers of the Moon and Gridanians alike. He was disowned by the Vhia clan.

A mysterious, otherworldly creature that found Nahte and A'mahl early in their visit to the First, and continued to answer their calls ever after.
Blueskip
A Porro Roggo familiar who followed Nahte from Matoya's home and now serves his family as adviser, organiser, packing assistant, and frog translator.
Soquili
Black chocobo capable of flight, gifted to Nahte by Haurchefant. She stays stabled in Ishgard, Nahte's home, and taken out for hawking trips.
Gatse & Atsilah
A pair of Arbor Buzzards Nahte raised and trained in the Shroud. They are extremely intelligent & protective, and respond to a variety of commands
Lancer
Black coerl kitten rescued early in Nahte's stay at Limsa Lominsa. Grows into a fierce and loyal steed who patrols Mor Dhona, and later Nahte's island.
Jabbermouth
Mute Colibri rescued when its master was Drowned. It keeps to Mor Dhona (later, Nahte's island), but will occasionally deign to join him for short forays.
Gumtree
Grape-bearing Goobbue sproutling, thru ARR grows large enough to be released into the shroud in Sylph territory, but remains friendly to him
Kweh
Nahte's first chocobo, killed protecting him sometime near the end of ARR. Nahte was devastated
Blue Morphos
One of Nahte's particular hobbies is the breeding and rewilding of endangered Blue Morphos
Korpokkurs
Nahte keeps a pond in the Borel House Conservatory for a flock of Korpokkur. One is very large.
Argos
Though generally aloof, Argos is known to aid Nahte on occasion, and will lend his back if Nahte is in want of a steed
Chinook
Yol who's esteem Nahte earned in the Steppe. She lives mostly wild on the plains, but never fails to answer his call when he visits the Far East
