During this semester, I have learned a lot about how to use my computer to its maximum capability. I learned how to use all the features of the Microsoft Office applications properly. I also learned about features that Microsoft Office applications have, like Word, which has a citation feature, which makes it a lot easier when writing an essay. Another thing I learned was information hierarchy. Information hierarchy is what makes structure while writing, with titles and headings. Structure makes your work neater and makes it easier to find information due to the navigation panel that can be used very well if you use headers. Lastly, I learned bout cybersecurity and all the ways to protect myself from being hacked, which is very good to know since everyone's life is pretty much digital now.
