Global Parental Leave Policy
One of our initiatives is a global parental leave policy to support families of all shapes and sizes. This policy gives:
primary caregivers 20 weeks' fully paid leave
and secondary caregivers 12 weeks fully paid leave to bond with their new child.
It applies to L'OCCITANE employees worldwide at all offices, factories and owned retail stores.
Race of Vision in Malaysia
L’Occitane Foundation, over the past 13 years, L’Occitane Malaysia has donated over RM1.28M & helped more than 40k Malaysian to have proper eye care treatments (eye screenings, spectacles, cataract surgeries, trainings & etc) to make a positive change in their lives.
