Global Mobility

To nurture and retain our talents, L'OCCITANE Group will offer performing staff an opportunity in gaining more exposure in global mobility.

There are three types of Global Mobility Moves:

Short-term assignments: temporary missions of 2 - 12 months, during which you live and work in a different country.
Virtual assignment: temporary missions of 2 - 6 months. You work with a team in another country without relocation.
Local transfers: relocation to live and work in a different country for at least 12 months.

I joined L’OCCITANE in 2014 in Hong Kong office for the Spa projects in APAC region. I have always been fascinated by the idea of living abroad and I got the chance to relocate to Geneva in 2020. Being in a new place enables me to learn a lot about different cultures, different traditions, making new friends from different countries, and the most important of all, it allows me to have self-reflection in life and my own identity. This has been an amazing journey and I absolutely endorse it for anyone looking for new experiences.
