The Field Training Division is where every cadet's journey begins. This division is responsible for preparing, training, and assessing all recruits before they become full officers within LLE.
Cadets are introduced to LLE rules, expectations, communications, and uniforms.
Cadets participate in vehicle operations, traffic stops, callouts, and arrest scenarios.
FTOs evaluate cadets on their readiness, attitude, and understanding of the core values.
Are you a cadet or an unranked officer looking to progress? You are in the correct place! Upon passing your entry level application, you are now a cadet, you must attend a training (cadet orientation) posted that lasts around 2 hours, otherwise, you should request a ride-along with a supervisor/field training officer. Once completed, you will become an officer within the department, open to divisions.
To join the division and become a field training assistant, you should review the divisional channel & complete an automatic application.
