Our department regularly hosts department promotion ceremonies, we celebrate the department's progress & complete mass promotions, we require ranked personnel to attend. These are announced in advance and have events, food and divisional offers for officers.

Supervisors complete promotion suggestions, these are completed by your lieutenant's, however, department management can only promote within the supervisory board. All promotions are reviewed and must be within the promotion cooldown limitation, this can be overrided by the chiefs board.

Jimmydafish was recently promoted from captain to assistant chief, he manages patrol operations & divisional work, he has enforced and upheld the department's core values and proves fitting for the role.
