Below are the formal minutes of the meetings of this Council. The most recent meeting minutes should be considered draft ones only and they are subject to amendment, until they have been formally agrred in the next meeting.
May Annual Meeting 2021 Minutes
June 2020 Minutes Note - due to Covid 19 restrictions it was not possible to hold the planned May meetings. It was agreed by Council to cancel the July meeting and resume the normal meeting cycle in September 2020.
Minutes earlier than May 2019 are available from the Clerk upon request, unless they have been sent to Pembrokeshire Archives for permanent safe retention.
