All meetings are held  in Llanddewi Velfrey Village Hall and normally start at 8.00pm. Any changes to this will be published on this page as soon as possible. 

Members of the public are welcome to attend to observe meetings - please do let the Clerk know in advance on clerkllv@gmail.com so that any necessary arrangements can be made.  Members of the public are also welcome to attend meetings remotely - again please let the Clerk know at least a day beforehand so that  the necessary arrangements can be made and a remote meeting link can be sent to you in good time. 

Any questions on the topics to be discussed in the meeting ( see the agendas page on this website for the list of topics to be discussed at each meeting) should be sent to the Clerk as early as possible, so that background information can be gathered as necessary. The Council cannot guarantee to answer any topics on the night, but will listen to any issues or items raised.  

Minutes for each meeting are published as soon as possible after each meeting on this website, usually within seven days.

Please bear in mind that some issues are not within the legal power of Llanddewi Velfrey Community Council to resolve, but the Clerk will endeavour to signpost you to the correct responsible authority whenever possible.
