The agenda for an upcomng meeting will be published here, usually at least three days before the meeting date. If any local resident would like to raise an issue or topic to be considered in a meeting, please do so several days beforehand so that it can be included on the pubilshed agenda if relevant. If any local resident wishes to attend a meeting to observe proceedings, or to briefly speak on a topic that is on the agenda, they are very welcome - please let the Clerk know at least a day beforehand on clerkllv@gmail.com so that arrangements can be made.
Agendas for meetings that have already been held will also be published here, but it is worth going to the Minutes page to find out what happened in any meeting. Minutes are normally published there within a week of the meeting date.
