New Look, New Deals, Same Barn You Love!
For as long as she can remember, Logan Keymont’s world has revolved around horses. As a little girl, she was completely captivated by them — from horse-themed toys and stuffed animals to figurines and Barbie horses, she wanted anything and everything to do with the animals she loved most. When she was finally old enough, her childhood dream became reality as she began taking riding lessons. Not long after, her grandmother gifted her Eclipse, her heart horse and lifelong companion. Eclipse wasn’t just a horse, he was the partner who carried her through milestones, taught her patience, and deepened her passion for riding.
Through years of dedication, Logan worked her way up to 1D barrel racing, developing the grit, focus, and understanding it takes to compete while maintaining the foundation of good horsemanship. Her professional journey led her to Disney’s Tri-Circle-D Ranch, where she spent eight years working closely with horses and guests from around the world. There, she gained invaluable experience in horse care, training, and the power of connecting people to these incredible animals.
When the pandemic caused major changes across the industry, Logan briefly transitioned to working at another barn — an experience that opened her eyes to the next step in her journey. It was during that time she realized she wanted to create something of her own, a place where riders could feel the same joy, confidence, and connection that horses had always brought her. Out of that vision, LJ’s Horse Lessons was born.
Since then, Logan has built a thriving community centered on learning, encouragement, and trust. She now works with riders from all walks of life: from beginners taking their very first lesson to experienced equestrians chasing new goals. Her approach to teaching is theory-based, meaning every exercise and technique has a clear, intentional purpose. She believes riders progress best when they understand not just how to do something, but why it works, creating thoughtful, confident horsemen both in and out of the saddle.
Logan also prides herself on being flexible and understanding of her clients’ busy lives. She knows that riding isn’t just a sport — it’s an escape, a joy, and a lifelong passion. Her goal is to make the barn a place where everyone feels welcome, supported, and inspired to grow at their own pace.
Today, surrounded by her beloved horses, Logan continues to share the gift that shaped her life. From western and barrel racing lessons to trail rides and groundwork sessions, she brings patience, heart, and purpose to everything she teaches — helping riders of all ages find the same magic in horses that first captured her heart as a little girl.
