Our classes are designed to be inclusive, adaptable, and welcoming. No matter your fitness level, experience, or personal circumstances, we will help you get the most out of your Pilates journey.
18 years and over: welcome to attend independently.
14-17 years: must be accompanied by a parent, carer, or guardian.
13 years and younger: unfortunately cannot attend for insurance purposes.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels – beginners, experienced, and everything in between.
Exercises are adapted to each participant so you can work at your own pace.
Pilates benefits everyone! More men are discovering how it improves strength, flexibility, and posture.
Pregnant? You’re welcome, as long as your clinician has cleared you. Please let us know how far along you are so we can adjust exercises safely.
Recently given birth? Typically from 6 weeks postpartum, with medical clearance. Lauren is a certified APPI Matwork Women’s Health Pilates instructor for ante and postnatal clients.
Privacy respected: We’ll be discrete if you prefer your pregnancy or postpartum status to remain confidential.
Wheelchair users: please contact us in advance so we can prepare access.
There is a ramp at the front entrance and disabled toilets in the foyer.
We will show you the best route to the studio and unlock the door for easy access.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
Bare feet or socks recommended.
Bring a towel and water; mats are provided and cleaned after each class.
