We teach Modern Clinical Pilates, grounded in the core principles of the method:

Each session focuses on posture, flexibility, and core strength — helping you move with confidence in daily life.
Our classes are deliberately small - a maximum of 11 participants - and taught by two experienced instructors.
This allows us to offer truly individualised support, so your personal progress is noticed, guided, and celebrated every step of the way.
