Confirmation Ministry

Confirmation at Living Waters is a time when youth (grades 6-9) ask the big questions about faith: What does it mean to be “Lutheran” and why should I believe in God? Does this really matter to my life? Who am I? Can God love someone like me?

Together we tackle those questions as we explore our rich Lutheran Christian heritage and expand our understanding of God’s story through the Bible. 

Along with learning opportunities, we also incorporate service projects like creating pollinator balls from seeds and dirt, packing hygiene kits for Lutheran World Relief and sorting food at Secondhand Harvest. 

We plan activities throughout the year with the confirmation students from Our Saviors and St Mark Lutheran churches in Circle Pines to do a day of service, participate in community learning opportunities and build relationships with all the kids of our community.
