This website is written so that I can learn more about the Father and His Son, and maybe along the way you as readers may learn something too...I know little about the Father and His Son, and I write to those who also want to know more about the Two...And maybe as our faith grows, those who read these different ideas (and myself) may also learn more about our Father and His Son, and His Holy Spirt...The Father and Son are so complex that no vocabulary or words written can cover all They know or describe Them adequately...My thought process and thinking is very much limited and finite, so my particular views and ideas on the Bible are also limited...They are even more limited in that I have no formal education about the Bible or writing for that matter...They also maybe written and laced with my opinion or opinions, instead of the actual facts that each author intended...So it is very important that you read the Scripture and the Scripture preceding the commentary to learn the most...If you have a question about anything, turn to God's Word, because His Word is Truth...Psalm 19:7, which states, "The law of the LORD is perfect, refreshing the soul."...This perfection means that His Word is complete, without error, and entirely sufficient for guiding us through life...Furthermore, Psalm 12:6 tells us that "And the words of the LORD are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times."...David highlights that God’s Truth has been tested and found pure, much like the "Messiah Truths" Jesus studied during those early years in Nazareth...So as you read these writings remember that they are not from a learned theologist, but from someone who has read the Bible and has wrote what he has thought to be the meaning of God's Word...And while God is unchanging and is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow...That is not so for me...I may have a different interpretation of some verses or Jesus' Parables and teachings a year from now and you may see this as you read the Scripture that is above my commentary...So remember these things as you read the commentary and my comments...And I will provide many interpretations over the years as you read about Jesus...
I believe that we can only get "glimpses of God and Jesus" or "slices of Them" as we read and learn and study Them, since They are Infinite and eternal and very complex and have Complete Understanding of all things...
And while God's Word is inerrant, this author's words are not...You may find a typewritten error or two or something miss-wrote, or a missing word or two...The commentary you read under the Bible, and is my personal interpretation of His Word and how I have read and understood His Word...Almost all of the Bible verses are from the New International Version of the Bible, unless you see (KJV), which is the King James Version or another version in parentheses...Having no theologian no training and no training in writing, my writings are merely a layman's commentary and interpretation of what I have read in the Scriptures...There are no inaccuracies in the Bible, but no doubt there are some inaccuracies in my writings...It is always good to go to your Bible and read the full context of what the original authors meant in their writings...So, please remember these things as you read through my different commentaries and the different verses...
This author believes that God sent His Son to earth to teach us more about Him -our Father in Heaven...God's Son is full of Grace and Truth, just like His (and our) Father...Man has sinned and we have a sinful nature...He sent His Son to pay for our sin debt, because we do continue to sin...Jesus paid our sin debt when He died on the cross...And He died on the cross for my sins and the sins of mankind...And God resurrected Him from His death, and He ascended into heaven forty days later...Jesus lives today, with His Father...He is our Messiah and He is our Savior...And in believing this, I owe Him my life...I believe Jesus has sent us a Holy Spirit...And I believe that by knowing the Father and His Son and a Holy Spirit, and by believing in Them, then we can have eternal life with Them in heaven...
Most of my writings have trended toward Jesus...So as this website has grown in pages over the years, I see that I have wrote more and more about Jesus and His four gospels in these writings...What Jesus said throughout the four gospels still amaze me many years later...My Old Testament writings are few when compared to the New Testament...There has been an emphasis on the four gospels and specifically the Gospel According to John...And chapter fourteen of John has grown and grown in pages...So I believe that the Holy Spirit has led me down that path to write about His Son through the Johannine works of St. John...
In addition, I have suffered from anxiety for over forty eight years now, and I have often turned to the Book of Job...There are lessons I have written about my life and trials and how I read the Book of Job and what I have learned from this Book...When I have felt my most anxiousness I have turned and written about Job...I have prayed hundreds, perhaps thousands of times for Him to heal me...And after fifty years, He heal my anxiety in a most unorthodox way...He healed my anxiety with a pacemaker..
My hope is that I might write one thing on one of these pages that might connect with someone and might show our Father's Glory and His Great Grace and His LOVE for us...
