If a restaurant contacted us on the chat asking to change his restaurant status from busy to open, we will direct the vendor to take the action from the vendor portal following the Coordination Process Link and for any other inquiry we will follow the same Coordination Process
If the restaurant informed us that they cannot take the action from their end, We will direct the restaurants to reach out for the below numbers for any inquiry (even for unreachable customers)
And please mention in your call that they have to reach those numbers only for any kind of concerns coming forward
