Case Description: Customer contacted us to ask about his order as it's shown on the app that the order has been delivered while he didn't receive anything and it's a TGO order, we will follow the below process.

Notes:
If the customer used a voucher and the order was paid in cash, send a salesforce to Refund & Validation team without canceling the order.
If the order is completed and we need to cancel it, we will take the action from the BOA only as we will not be able to cancel it on Hurrier.
If this is the second time that the customer contact us for the voucher, Contact Driver will be: Voucher Request.
If the order will be cancelled, we need to call the restaurant and inform them about the cancellation.
If the customer informed us that s/he selected wrong address (or any case where the customer informed us that he made a mistake) and the order was completed, we must check the customer's history.
If the customer has a good history, follow the normal process by calling the driver and check where he dropped off the order.
If the customer has a bad history, we will not take any action.
We need to check the Checklist for Customer History before take any actions.
Contact Drivers:
If delivered: Live Order Process -> Order Status -> Order Marked as delivered but didn't receive
In case of Cancellation:
If cancelled within delivery time:
Contact Driver: Live Order Process -> Cancellation -> Request: Order will take longer than expected
Cancellation Reason: Unprofessional behavior from driver.
If cancelled after delivery time - Rider Mistake:
Contact Driver: Live Order Process -> Cancellation -> Request: order is late, does not want to wait
Cancellation Reason: Unprofessional behavior from driver.
If cancelled due to customer mistake:
Contact Driver: Live order process >> Cancellation >> Order modification not possible
Cancellation Reason: Incomplete/Wrong Address
If we check the customer history and upon investigation we find that the customer is a compensation seeker or fraudster and upon that, we don't take any refund/partial refund or compensation action
