Beach Bistro 2

Held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, our second Beach Bistro was a great success and was created by Wade Graham. It was a dinner celebrating the Mushroom and featured local mushrooms in each course (except for dessert!). The dinner included an appetizer of crostini topped with whipped goat cheese and assorted wild mushrooms, a salad with roasted mushrooms and vegetables, braised short ribs over mushroom risotto or the vegetarian option of mushroom ragout on the risotto. The dessert was a Chocolate Pots de Creme with espresso whipped cream.

We had a full house of 36 diners, along with Wade's team and the LHS volunteers. Everyone had a great time, in the kitchen and in the dining room!
