Beach Bistro 1

Held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, our first Beach Bistro was a great success and was led by Dorothee Newcombe and Dick Butler in the kitchen. They created a menu of delicious selections that included Shrimp Cocktail, Salad, French bread and a main entree of Filet Mignon or a Vegetarian Lasagna with Scalloped Potato and Asparagus. The meal finished off with Creme Brulee.

It was a delicious and fun time, with 32 diners and a kitchen staff of volunteers to help out. The proceeds allowed us to upgrade our old card tables with round 6-top tables. Everyone had a great time, volunteers and kitchen staff included!
