Running a memory diagnostic serves the purpose of checking the system RAM for problems. These errors are a hardware problem and if you find any problems, you will probably need to replace your RAM.
Starting the diagnostic

From your search box, search for "memory diagnostic" and Select "Windows memory diagnostic".
Select "Restart now and check for problems".
About the diagnostic screen
About the diagnostic screen
The diagnostic screen shows you a range of information. This includes a progress bar, as well as an information about the found problems. Please wait until "Overall test status" reaches 100%. (The test completes 2 pases.)
Results
Results
The test will show you if there were any errors while it is running. Once the test completes, your PC will restart.
