Sharon Mlotha is a dedicated Library Assistant from Manchewe Village who has been serving at the Manchewe Community Lending Library for four months. She is dependable, hardworking, and consistently committed to her library shifts. Sharon plays an important role in supporting daily library operations and helping keep the library organized and welcoming for community members.

• Helping with children’s reading and library programs

• Training and supporting future Library Helpers

Sharon is especially skilled at maintaining the library’s manual records and member files. Sharon particularly enjoys working with children and young people and will be an important part of developing engaging library programs and helping train future Library Helpers.

Outside of the library, Sharon enjoys reading, spending time with children and young people, learning new skills, and participating in community activities.
