Make the Most of What You Have

As with the ocean, there are various depths to life.

Some aspects may seem filled in abundance enough to satisfy your every desire.

Other areas may be lacking and have you scraping for what you want or need.

In those deficient times, look to the seagull for inspiration.

Gulls are highly resourceful birds that demonstrate complex methods of adapting to their environment.

The type of food they eat depends on the circumstances.

They can obtain their prey in the air, on water or on land.

However, being scavengers, they have learned to coexist in human habitats

and are likely to feed off scraps of food wherever they find it.

Like a seagull, look to your surroundings and make the most of what you have.

Be resourceful in times of scarcity and be generous when things are plentiful.

Opportunities can be found in the most unlikely places. (S Finelli)
