Sculpting the Future was made for Project Context II at HKU, where we had to make a game for a client.
The assignment was to make a game based on the CreaTures Framework and the Creative Impact Toolkit, which is a tool for artists who want to figure out how they can make an impact with their art, based on 9 different dimensions.
After some research we noticed that the current questionnaire is a bit convoluted and not a lot of fun to use.
So we made a game in which the player creates a sculpture out of items collected from the townsfolk. This way you make a sculpture that really represents the town. Beyond that, you also make an impact with the sculpture. The 9 npcs represent the 9 dimensions, and they react differently to different items you use for the sculpture.
