In this course, we focused on three main things - emotions, connection with nature and self-love. The course focused on providing subtle guidance on creating a better lifestyle to keep the body and mind healthy using light actions.
The 'light' we chase in our life can't be achieved easily and won't sustain 24x7 as it's a rhythm combined with shadow. The 'light' though can start to reach one faster each time, if one learns to handle emotions, connect with nature and love themselves.
On a positive note, a yearly letter to yourself stating how much you have grown in your personality is a good way to see things from the perspective of growth. It's important to look at growth, but at the same time it's important to see how much one has grown since the first step.
Write a letter “to my future self”: In this activity, the individual is needed to write a letter to their future self. In the letter, individual has to state their current situation and hopes for their future version - the hopes should not be materialistic, instead they should focus on self-development.
