Saying 'no' to someone - this might sound tough, but it becomes important when it comes at the cost of own mental health. 'No' is a strong word which can either make or break a situation, so it should be said with caution, but what if the answer is known to one but can't be said to the other party - that leads to a situation where we have to say whatever we want using subtle words and keeping our mental health our priority. 'No' is a light for self if said with awareness and consciously.
Whenever we do a task and we start to feel fatigue on reaching the workplace or whenever we are with people whom we think are our best friend but our head starts to ache upon meting them, it's our body signaling that it's a 'No' for that workplace or best friend. Our body can't talk to us but it communicates with us using subtle signals like body temperature, random ache's here and there, or making us notice signs in our surroundings that points to leaving the people or places not serving us. Just by lsitening to these signals, we can navigate our life very easily.
Self - love don't need any methods, it can be done through 'quiet forms'. For Example: writing yourself a love letter or card and giving it to yourself tomorrow; hugging yourself; being mindful while eating, spending time in nature. These actions not only make us fall in love with ourselves, but they help us to stay far from any negativity around.
