This course is not about creating a step-by-step tutorial to live life. It’s agenda is not to make one delusional about life. The purpose is not related to eliminating the entire problems of life.
This course is a guide book to make the mind calm - for achieving the balance of life, to live it better. It has been made to make one realize that life problems can be navigated easily when the mindset is strong, the lifestyle is supporting and the people around one are not having negative energy.
Small steps in lifestyle matter as they lead to a person's overall mood of a day and the flow of overall life. How one navigates through the problems of life and the happy moments is connected to one's lifestyle and thought process.
