The New Societal Globalization of the Mediterranean – EL4DEV by Paul Elvère DELSART
It is time to reconfigure international relations. States have always adapted to economic globalization. Now, it is time for them to adjust to societal globalization. The leaders of our nations must progressively evolve into guides and guardians of family and spiritual values in the process of founding a new movement of thought and a new global civil society.
It is time to end all political and economic organizations that restrict the freedoms of nations and peoples, in favor of new politico-societal unions. Now is the time to experiment locally and then show the entire world the path to follow.
The LE PAPILLON SOURCE Mediterranea infrastructures serve as tools for an experiential educational process, both individual and collective. Their role is to initiate a movement of thought that will lead to a generalized movement of creation and a societal transformation within the Mediterranean region.
This involves the launch of a new Renaissance movement, challenging the mentalities, behaviors, and methods of both our time and past eras. This Renaissance will be driven by the pursuit of a new form of civilization, one that is deeply respectful of all living beings.
It will mark the emancipation of a more spiritual and accessible science, the discovery and understanding of systemic thinking, and the collective development of major societal projects and grand transformative endeavors.
This movement of thought, initially Mediterranean but later transcontinental, will bring light to the spirit of creation within each of us. It will be stimulated by an experimental education that recognizes the innate potential of every individual, granting them a key role in their environment.
