Within the final stage it will go over how to attend a mod call appropriately and how to deal with situations where there is ‘STAFF RDM’ and how to deal with it using commands to our advantage.
Any trainee's that have experiences of the situation in other servers should go first to give those who don't have experience an example of what and how to deal with it.
Simply sort this by saying,
So trainee’s please step to the left if you have experience if not step to the right.
Once you know who is and who doesn't then you need to make sure they STS on a line or a curb ensuring that the experienced ones go first.
You should then run through a mock mod call with each mod. Say :mod [username] to give them moderator commands and call !mod. Tell them to teleport to you. Say something like "Whats the dc code?" or "Can I do a bomb rp?". You should (in brackets) give them hints and help them if they get stuck. These have simple solutions so shouldn't need too much of your intervention in actually answering the question but help them if they do need it.
You will need to start off by modding them all and getting them answer this mod call with you one by one, you will be judging on how they did in performance and professional.
You need to make sure they have a punishment guide available for them to use and help them with this stage.
Once every trainee has had a go you need to unmod them and direct message them with what they could do to improve and get better. You need to give them the role "Completed Training" in discord.
Trainee's don't exactly pass nor fail a training - its more about teaching them how to moderate and be a good staff member. If you think that they need more practice, you can advise that they attend another training before going on to their practical test buts its their choice.
