The Practical Test should only happen for members who have completed 1 training and have the "Completed Training" role in discord.
You should NOT be correcting or giving hints. Correct their mistakes after the stage. For example, if someone has a unmarked plate, tell them after you have scored everyone for Stage 1.
You should now track each trainee's progress in this test. You will need this information later.
Stage 1 - Handbook Code:
Stage 2 - Correct uniform and staff livery:
Stage 3 - Staged Mod Calls:
Stage 4 - Real Mod Call:
Stage 5 - Control Point:Â
You need to ask the Trainee's for a code found in the Handbook. This ensures that they have read all relevant information. The code is Pineapple144. If they do not get this right, they failed that stage.
Stage 1 is worth [10 marks].
Correct Code = 10 mark.
Incorrect Code = 0 marks.
You need to ask the trainees to get a staff uniform and a staff livery. They need to drive to the car park behind Fire Station 2 in Springfield.
This is stage 2. The mark scheme is as follows:
Stage 2 is worth [10 marks].
Correct Uniform (Bronze Command) = 3 marks.
Correct Livery = 3 marks.
No unmarked plate (plate displays their callsign) = 1 mark.
STG1 ELS and following road laws driving to the location = 3 marks.
You need to ask them to STS on a line you made. They cannot leave unless told to by you. Call them up one by one to complete a mod call. Mod them, go on civilian team, teleport to them and call mod. You may call and do anything except from command abuse.
Stage 3 is worth [30 marks].
SPaG:
Rate from 1 marks to 10 marks. 10 being the best, 1 being the worst.
Bad SPaG is not using fullstops, inconsistent spelling and not correcting themself.
Good SPaG is occassional mistakes but consistent and correcting themself some of the time.
Perfect SPaG is rare mistakes but when they do make mistakes, they correct themself.
Accuracy:
Rate from 1 marks to 10 marks. 10 being the best, 1 being the worst.
Bad Accuracy is getting information wrong.
Amazing Accuracy is getting information right.
Efficiency:
Rate from 1 marks to 10 marks. 10 being the best, 1 being the worst
Bad efficiency is when you are waiting a long time for a response they're so slow you start to think they might be AFK.
Good efficiency is slow but careful responses.
Amazing efficiency is decently fast responses, but also not many SPaG errors and good accuracy.
