Stage 4 includes one of the following scenes. They are both 30 marks. Choose the most appropriate one:

Speed:
Rate from 1 marks to 10 marks. 10 being the best, 1 being the worst.

Efficiency:
Rate from 1 marks to 10 marks. 10 being the best, 1 being the worst.

Accuracy:
Rate from 1 marks to 10 marks. 10 being the best, 1 being the worst.

Understanding:
Rate from 1 marks to 10 marks. 10 being the best, 1 being the worst.

Stage 5 includes them working together to make a control point of your choosing. You should still test them individually.

Stage 5 is worth [10 marks].

2 marks for speed.
Rate from 0-2 marks. 0 being really slow, 2 being fast.

2 marks for neatness.
Rate from 0-2 marks. 0 being ugly, 2 being perfect.

2 marks for teamwork.
Rate from 1-2 marks. 1 being not working as a team too well and 2 being great teamwork.

4 marks for accuracy.
Rate from 0-4 marks. 0 being inaccurate completely, 4 being perfect.

Now, unmod them.

Count up their individual scores. Use the mark scheme below to decide if they passed or failed:
50 marks or below = fail
50 marks to 80 marks = pass
80 marks to 90 marks = amazing pass, go straight to admin

If they passed:
- give them moderator commands
- request for them to be accepted into melony / roblox group
- give them the following roles:
1. Moderator (or admin if they got an amazing pass)
2. Staff Team
3. Moderation Team
- take away the MT: Trainee role
- log it as a promotion
- log add them to the staff persona sheet
- use #request-gc to request gold command to give them permission levels. Request gc to accept them into melony/roblox group
- request gc to admin them if they had an amazing pass

If they failed:
- unmod them
- tell them they need to attend another practical test. If you think they need it; advise they attend another training

Log each individual trainees scores in #trainer-logs.
