Introduction

Phase 1 consists of the most sections and is the prioritised training segment.

This is what you’ll be teaching in phase 1:

1. Reading over the handbook including the main information required for them to know which is ‘chain of command’, ‘server rules’, ‘punishment guide’ and basic knowledge.

2. You’ll be going over the appropriate uniform, equipment and vehicles that all staff are required to wear when on the team and on duty to give a core representation of our high standards.

3. You’ll have to go over the stages of ‘ELS’/’Lights’ on the car they’re using, this is to ensure that other staff are aware of their situation and overall status.

4. You’ll be going over how to attend mod calls appropriately with the correct command usage to ensure a safe a reliably staff service to the community.
