We started LegalForTeens because after realizing how many students don’t understand what the law actually says — whether it’s about getting searched at school, what counts as “free speech,” or how to handle getting pulled over. We believe that knowing your rights shouldn’t be confusing, boring, or reserved for adults.
This site breaks down important legal topics into clear, short explainers anyone can understand, even teens.
President - Arjun Verma
As the Founder and President of LegalForTeens, I established and lead an initiative focused on increasing legal literacy among young people. I design and organize educational workshops, develop informational resources on youth rights, and collaborate with school and community organizations to promote informed and ethical civic participation.
Nivin Bright - Vice President
Through my role as Vice President, I apply legal research, public speaking, and leadership skills to translate complex legal concepts into clear, understandable information for students, while fostering confidence, advocacy, and community awareness.
