They assist in coordination at Front Desk at Healthcare Facility. They can be placed in multiple departments like Billing, TPA, Call centre, Patient Feedback, Health Check-ups etc
This job role requires individuals to have good communication skills and ability to handle stress and activity while managing fast- paced of hospital duties. They must be computer savvy. They must be skilled to interact with a wide range of personality types in both pleasant and difficult situations.
