Folder:

Transfer the the folder "PS9a Mail Merge Practice" to Your Workspace.
Work from Your Workspace.
Complete a MS-Word question and mail merge based on the sample Exams Paper given.
Save all completed work in "Your Workspace".
Name your files as instructed in the question paper.
Transfer the final word document to your teachers' Projects Folder.
Complete the Success Criteria (Mastery) Checklist on the Worksheet 9a given to you.

Can you recall all the MS-Word formatting (footnote, insert 2 columns, first-line indent, page border, etc) tested in this exercise?
How many files must be submitted for the GCE N-levels MS-Word Question?
What do you do if there is an error after mail merge?

Mail Merge question will be tested in Paper 2 Question 1.

1. Formatted Mail Merge document

2. Document (Part 1) with inserted merged fields

3. Fully Mail Merged document after "Edited Recipient List"
