What does circular economy mean?

The circular economy is a model departure from traditional linear economy and involves sharing, reusing, repairing, refurbishing and recycling existing materials and products thus extending their life cycle. When a product reaches end of life, the materials it is made of are kept within the economy for as long as possible thus creating further value (European Parliament, 2022).

Can students become part of the project?

Yes, the project is aimed at university students that are currently enrolled in Bachelor and Master studies.
