LBW Thrive Policies to Participate-Students:
LBW Thrive is a voluntary program.
Students must complete the Thrive program enrollment form.
Students must attend all mandatory Thrive team meetings to remain enrolled.
Students must be responsive to their Thrive Guide throughout the process.
Students cannot choose their Guide.
Students cannot be mentored by family members.
Students are expected to be respectful in all correspondence and communication with Guides.
Should a student fail to adhere to any policies, LBW Thrive invokes the right to remove students’ eligibility to participate.

LBW Thrive Policies to Participate-Guides:
LBW Thrive Guides serve in the capacity of volunteers not employees of LBWCC or ACCS.
They receive no compensation.
LBW Thrive Guides must complete enrollment forms.
Guides are subject to and must be cleared by a background check conducted by ACCS prior to working with students.
Guides cannot choose the students they will support.
Guides must complete mandatory Thrive trainings before engaging with students on behalf of LBW Thrive.
Guides should never transport a Thrive student in their personal vehicle.
Guides should never conduct an in-person meeting with a student in private. All meetings should be held in public places.
Guides are never expected to purchase anything for students or provide any form of financial assistance.
Should a Guide fail to adhere to any policies, LBW Thrive invokes the right to remove the Guide from eligibility to participate.
