LBW Thrive is a one-to-one student support initiative. During it's pilot year of 2025-2026, LBW Thrive is available to all senior students enrolled in Andalusia, Florala, Opp, Pleasant Home, Red Level, and Straughn High Schools who will graduate in May of 2026.

The LBW Thrive team collaborates with local high school Guidance Counselors, Career Coaches and the ACCS Success Coach to engage high school seniors.
Students who choose to participate are paired with a volunteer Guide from the community who supports them through their transition into higher education. Guides remind them to meet deadlines and most importantly, encourage the student to reach his/her full potential.
