To access our application, click the APPLY HERE button above, or you may visit www.lavc.edu/apply and select the application in the "College Application" box.
Make sure you are completing the application for Los Angeles Valley College. The LAVC logo will be on the screen at all times.
If this is your first time applying to a community college in California, click “Create an Account.” If you’ve applied to a California community college before, click “Sign In” and enter your email and password (if you cannot remember your username and/or password, click “Sign in” and “Recover Account”).
Enter your email address and click “Email My Verification Code.” Enter the code that was emailed to you, then select “Verify Email.”
Use an email address that you check often. We highly recommend you use a personal email address and not an LAUSD email. LAUSD accounts may filter outside emails into your spam or junk folder.
Once your account is verified, you will enter your contact information and personal information, in addition to creating an account password. Once you have completed these sections, click “Create Account.”
Sessions expire after brief inactivity and will log you out. Please remember your password!
You should then be directed to the “My Applications” page. In the top right corner is your CCC ID. This ID confirms your CCCApply account, but it is NOT your LACCD Student ID number. Select “Start a New Application.”
Press Continue to proceed through the application. Clicking Save at any point will save your progress if you need to finish the application at a later time. See below for more detailed information about completing sections.
