Rationale:
As a requirement for the AEDU 385 course we were tasked with writing a paper pertaining to the Danielson Framework. We interviewed a teacher and had a set of focus questions to formulate our paper.
Standard nine is related to this assignment because it embodies the aspects of what the competent teacher looks like in classroom. The website describes in details the benefits of the Danielson Framework's benefits for the classroom and for teachers.
This artifact was meaning because it helps us realize how important the planning and preparation aspect of lesson planning is. If we plan with the end in mind our results are greater and more beneficial to us as professionals and to our students as lifelong learners.
