Standard 7: The competent teacher understands and uses appropriate formative and summative assessments for determining student needs, monitoring student progress, measuring student growth, and evaluating student outcomes. The teacher makes decisions driven by data about curricular and instructional effectiveness and adjusts practices to meet the needs of each student.
Rationale: In Educational Psychology we were challenged to create a test and a test analysis, related to our study of how students learn and how we assess what we have taught. Below is a test I created and my analyzation of my students scores to better understand if they are gaining the knowledge that I am teaching them and how I will improve or adjust my teaching.
