About me

I am a Danish/Mexican TRE® Trainer and Provider, with over 30 years of experience in education and personal development. Certified as a TRE® Provider since 2014 and Trainer since 2021, I have led 70+ workshops in Mexico, including with communities affected by poverty and trauma, and worked with  clients globally. 

My approach is deeply rooted in intercultural competence, allowing me to connect with diverse groups in meaningful ways. After living and working in Mexico for most of my life, I am now based in Denmark.
